loner
» Grayson is quite the loner. He always
prefers to keep things to himself, shutting everyone out and
never letting anyone get close. Because of that, nobody
ever really wants to be around him. Only those that really know
him understand, and that is close to nobody.
friendly
» Okay, this may not make sense, after reading
about his 'loner' trait, but Grayson actually can be pretty
friendly. He is usually only nice to younger kids, but if you somehow
become his friend, he is actually really friendly.
However, it is extremely rare if your about his age or older.
As I said, he is only nice to young pups and such.
follower
» Grayson does not like being in charge.
He prefers to be a follower than a leader. He is afraid
of taking on the responsibility of being a leader,
he is afraid that he will mess up and something bad will happen
and it would be all his fault.
stubborn
» Grayson does not like to be told
what to do. Resulting in him being stubborn and being forced to do
something. It really bothers him when he gets told what to do. So he
won't do what he is told, people have to force him to do stuff.

Birth
» Grayson was born in the middle of winter during a
terrible blizzard in a forest. His father abandoned him and his mother
so they were on their own. His mother was able to find shelter in a near by cave.
They huddled together trying to get warm and curled up in the very back of the cave.
A few months later when Grayson was able to hunt, him and his mother went
on a hunting trip. They caught a rabbit to share and then headed back
to their den. However, when they arrived, there was trouble.
A big brown bear was in their den when they walked in. It turned around and saw them.
It roared loudly, scaring Grayson and his mother. "Run!" His mother barked to him.
Grayson refused though. Not wanting to leave his mother.
"GO!" She screamed and pushed him. He sighed and did as he was told and ran. He
looked back as he heard yelping and saw that the bear was killing his mother. He stopped,
shocked. He yowled and kept running, tears streaming down his face.
Meeting Alex
» He found an old shed like place and carefully walked in.
Nobody was there. There was an old scent of another dog, but he ignored it.
He curled up on an old coat and fell asleep.
He awoke to the noise of another dog. A black and white
female border collie wearing a green bandana walked in. He jumped up.
The female saw him. "Hello." she said calmly.
Grayson was confused. He thought she'd attack him. "Hi...."
"I'm Alex." She introduced herself. Grayson nodded. 'What's my name?'
He thought silently. "Grayson." He just blurted out. He shrugged.
Good enough. It fit him. Alex nodded. "What brought you here?"
She asked him. Grayson looked away, tears forming in his eyes.
"Oh.. sorry.." Alex said, seeing the tears. "Nevermind then.. So umm..
You can stay here with me if you'd like. Nobody else is here."
Grayson nodded. "Thank you. I think I will." Alex smiled a little.
"You can sleep in that bed." She said, talking about the coat he
slept on last night. "Thanks." He said, looking down on it. It was actually
quite comfortable.
Finally, night fell and it was time for them to go to sleep.
"I have a feeling we'll be good friends." Alex whispered before falling
asleep in her bed.
Now
» Alex had been right. They ended up
becoming best friends. Alex was the only person Grayson
has ever trusted. Alex knows everything about him
and he knows everything about her. But no, don't worry, they
are not interested in ever having a relationship together.
Or any at all really. They are just good friends, since they are
both loners. Alex and Grayson always hang out together, usually
in their little abandoned shed. They hunt together and do
fun activities like that.
